about

New unreleased songs recorded in the same hotel rooms, train cars, airport lobbies, and beachfront campsites they written in across Europe during two tours this year.

It's stuff that's still in the works but the recordings are so dependent on the environment around them that it would be really stupid not to share this, and they've become so tied up in a big hazy memory for me that it's about much more than just a finished song or good recording.

1. "Loss For Use" - recorded overnight at Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris, France - Oct 31, 2014
2. "Iberia" - recorded at Atlantic Riders Surf Camp, Aljezur, Portugal - Sept 27, 2014
3. "There's Never Blue Skies in England" - recorded in a hotel bathroom in Oldham, UK - Oct 3, 2014
4. "Trains in Poland" - train platform in Katowice, Poland - May 8, 2014
5. "Song For Berlin" - recorded at Daniel Knauss' apartment, Nuremberg, Germany - April 28, 2014
6. "Wild Dogs Revisited" - recorded on an ICE train to Munich - Oct 28, 2014
7. "Factories of Misery" - recorded overnight at Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris, France - Oct 31, 2014

"Harmonicas and the Sound of Trains" is taken from 'Recurring Fictions' by Wendy McGrath
